Terms of sale: tennis lessons

Service. One-hour tennis lessons given by Thierry Dumas on the court of Le Stelsia, Saint-Sylvestre-sur-Lot. Solo, duo (2 people) or trio (3 people) formats.

Prices. Solo €55, duo €65, trio €75 per one-hour lesson, total price for the lesson, all taxes included.

Booking and payment. Booking is possible up to 30 days ahead and up to 2 hours before the lesson, subject to availability. Payment is made online by bank card at the time of booking, through the secure Lyra platform. The booking is confirmed by email once payment has been received.

Cancellation and date change. Free up to 48 hours before the lesson, from the link in the confirmation email, with automatic refund to the card used. Within 48 hours of the lesson, no refund and no change is possible. If Le Stelsia or the instructor has to cancel (weather, unavailability), you are refunded in full.

Right of withdrawal. In accordance with article L. 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities provided on a specific date. The cancellation conditions above apply.

Minors. Children may take part with the authorisation of one of their two parents, given at the time of booking, and under their responsibility for any accompanying arrangements.

Personal data. The data collected (names, email, phone) is used only to manage your booking. See the legal notice.

Governing law. These terms are governed by French law.
