Personal data: the data controller is Château de Saint Sylvestre (Le Stelsia). The information you enter (participants’ names, email, phone number, parental authorisation) is used only to manage your booking, to send you the confirmation and to contact you about it. It is shared with the instructor and Le Stelsia, and processed by the providers listed above. Booking data is kept for 3 years after the last lesson; payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting purposes (10 years). Le Stelsia does not store any bank card data: the payment is handled by Lyra. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to reception@lestelsia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
